Website designer (Some print design expericen a plus.)

Required skills:

	InDesign

Web skills:
	Flash (including actionscript)
	CSS, HTML, XML
	Dreamweaver

Experience in the following is a Plus:
	AJAX, PHP, ASP, SQL, JS

Required experience:
Two years working expericence. Along with computer skills, good communication skills and organization, the ideal candidate should should possess a personal and passionate interest in the outdoor recreation industry.
