Job Description
Scrapbook manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a  
graphic designer. If you love experimenting with type, thinking  
conceptually, and collaborating with brilliant creatives in a fast- 
paced craft manufacturing industry environment, then this job is for  
you.

Position will include graphic design for print media including  
packaging, catalogs, advertisements, collateral, direct mail and  
product design. On a typical project you will be asked to follow  
established design direction or develop visual concepts and designs  
that reflect the requirements.

Throughout the creative development process, you will make decisions  
to get to a final result that is then reviewed for final approval.  
During the development review process, provide rationalization on the  
choices you made on your work. The job will also include assisting in  
production, research and development.

Qualifiers:
* 3+ years experience working in Graphic Design
* Bachelors Degree, preferably in Graphic Design
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Express and other  
Mac apps.
* A demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments  
simultaneously
* Inventive with type, image and vector-based graphics
* Ability to collaborate with a team or work autonomously
* Thoroughness and highly detail minded
* Problem solver
* Self-motivated and speedy
* Flexible
