Hello all.

As the Creative Director for Think Tank Creative, I wanted to give members of this forum an early chance to submit applications before we place our employment ad in the usual places.

If you haven't heard of us, we are a small design firm here in downtown Salt Lake City with clientele ranging from coast to coast and even some international ones as well. Our culture is fun and dynamic with plenty of room for career growth. We love what we do and it shows.

So here is the scoop. Think Tank Creative is currently looking to hire an InDesign guru with some creative chops (Illustrator, PhotoShop). The person we're looking for should know InDesign backwards and forwards and be able to hit the ground running. This is not an entry level position but rather someone who's got some hardcore experience under their belt and knows how to handle the everyday stress of working in a design firm environment. That includes dealing with client interaction and knowing how to make the client happy. Expect to have your knowledge tested during the interview process.
