Online Account Manager 
$50,000 - $70,000

Description:
We are looking for an Online Account Manager to join our Salt Lake City team. You would be interfacing with our Calgary team, while providing leadership on online work within our Salt Lake office and meeting with local clients. 

“Successful coordination of projects and resources to ensure solutions are delivered on-time and on budget to a defined scope, timeline and cost parameters” is the Webster’s style definition of what your responsibilities would be. And as an AM you should be able to take a technical piece of information, like this quip from Webster’s, and turn it into a digestible bite of information for your creative teams, developers and designers. You can adapt to an environment that has a speedy pace while quickly learning Rare Method’s workflow, process and procedures. You understand timelines, love great creative and know how to sell yourself, your work and your employer to existing and potential clients. 

Required skills:
* Clear understanding of web marketing principles 
* Ability to document and categorize project requirements and communicate details to 
project teams 
* Relevant post secondary education in marketing or communications is a plus 
* Great communication skills and a love of working with different types of people 
* Ability to stay organized with a clear focus on your priorities, even while multitasking 
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

You should know what the lingo in this listing means because you’ve done this kind of thing for the past few years in an agency or client-side marketing department. A post-secondary education is your foundation and your strong sense and attachment to this business (not your alarm clock), is your reason for getting up in the morning.
