Position:
Creative Services Project Manager
$40,000 - $60,000

Description:
The Project Manager will be working in a fast-paced multifunctional environment, managing projects and relationships across Adobe???s complex BU model organization, and will need to be able to communicate effectively across different departments. Must have a positive, flexible, and ???get-it-done??? attitude while managing change and devising options/solutions. Must be obsessive about organization and efficiency, and will be the backbone of the demand marketing creative group.

Required skills:
Main responsibilities include: 
???	Building/managing timelines 
???	Managing complex budgets
???	Communicating statuses 
???	Resolving issues/roadblocks 
???	Juggling priorities
???	Tracking workflow
???	Ability to build strong working relationships with peers, management and both internal and external clients


Requirements: 
???	2-3 years experience in project management, preferably in an agency or large corporate environment
???	Sharp attention to detail with strong organization skills
???	Good time and people management skills
???	Solid understanding of design and development processes, methods, and principles
???	Entrepreneurial drive with a hands-on, high energy personality
???	Have a resourceful, efficient, and proactive approach
???	Good writing and presentation skills
???	Ability to work successfully in a creative and collaborative environment
???	Ability to thrive in a deadline and team-driven environment
???	BA or equivalent training and experience required, preferably in marketing, communications or business


Required experience:

???	2-3 years experience in project management, preferably in an agency or large corporate environment

Pluses ??? nice-to-have???s, but not essential:
???	A rudimentary understanding of creative software: Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Acrobat; (do not need to be a designer or develop, but must understand what each can do, and how to talk about file types)
???	Basic familiarity with general Flash, HTML, JavaScript, XML, Ajax, PHP capabilities (do not need to be able to code, but a general understanding of what each can do, etc.)
???	Experience with electronic file organization on mixed PC/MAC network a plus
