I agree with several of the comments made earlier -

I like the concept, but it's still difficult to read - my eye focuses on the "I" and the Pie Chart, making the name of the company/product difficult to read.

As Rick suggested, I would also separate it into a logo and a mark. I think you're trying to accomplish too much in one space.

Also, think about how this design is going to look on a business card, stationary, packaging, website, etc. - it seems that you may find it is not very flexible in different situations.
