> Why "trainquil"? What's their unique product/service?
the website is www.trainquil.com. I was told that their consumers  
should feel tranquil after their employees have been satisfactorily  
trained through their systems.

 From what I understand after studying the website is that they have  
generated an online tool for creating and training courses, and allow  
those courses to be used/taught/learned through their servers.

Basically, the employer hires someone new and sends them to trainquil  
to learn their job.
