[UGAF] 1 pixel translucent border around resized PS image

Wade,

I've had that problem too. I don't know how to avoid it, but PS has a  
cool little algorithm to take care of it. Referencing the attached  
image, "Remove white/black matte" removes a single edge pixel of that  
respective color. "Defringe" removes edge pixels of any color based  
on your pixel setting.
