[UGAF] Color printing

Can anyone recommend their favorite in-house printer? I am looking for a color laser printer to do high quality proofing, as well as large volume printing. We most often print letter and tabloid sizes. We have had a Xerox Phaser 7300 for the past few years, which has actually been a great printer, but is somewhat high maintenance and I'm looking to see if there is anything better out there?

Any thoughts?
