Yes. For example, I quote general web development like this: a fixed  
price for design of a master template, another fixed price for  
development of said master template, and then a third fixed price for  
each page created from said master template. This has worked well for  
me.

+	(# of pages * per page price)
------------------------------
	total

For ideas on actual numbers, I would recommend Pricing and Ethical  
Guidelines by the Graphic Artists Guild [1].
