[UGAF] Logo critique?

My first thought is that it seems very generic, composed of standard,  
expect symbols for database, statistic, and/or number-related things.  
Having one of those elements incorporated into the logo is fine (and  
possibly wise for quick digestion), but I wouldn't have three and I  
would have it be all that it is made of. You need something unique—in  
both ways that communicate the product's individuality/features and in  
ways that will make it memorable.

The primary color pallet is a little much for me. I also think that  
there are too many colors. I generally never use more than two.  
Perhaps you can squeeze a third in but I would never use four. It  
looks like an icon for a Google analytics tool.

Something also feels strange about the perspective. While the bar  
graph is heading up to the right, the database symbol is heading down  
to the right. It also feels strange that the bars in the bar graph are  
not following each other in an exact line, but rather stepping forward  
(towards the viewer) slightly each time. I would also your light  
source and and faux glossiness as it is inconsistent between each of  
the three elements.
