The eye makes me think of "Show/Hide"...still doesn't represent
confidentiality to me. Confidentiality is usually associated with
privileged access...those with the need to know. A search around the
net showed that most use a lock...so maybe it would work. I agree with
you, though, that it's not the best metaphor. How about a safe? Or a
safe dial? Or the bottom half of someone's face saying "Shhhhh"? Now I
am just brainstorming... :)
