[UGAF] Logo and Visual Direction

I'm looking to refresh the logo and design for the MountainWest RubyConf
this spring. I don't need a full site design, just a direction. I'd like the
new look to introduce a little bit of the "edge" or "hacker" qualities of
the Ruby community, but not go overboard. We don't have much money to spend,
but we do have some, and we will give attribution on the site.

I like the look of the attached graphic, but it needs to be more mountain-y
and not SLC specific.
