Lead System Administrator / QA Team Lead

Description:
Availability: Immediate (Start ASAP)

Skullcandy is looking for a talented and driven system administrator to be responsible for managing IT
infrastructure, manage customer and order data, co-manage website testing and optimization, ensure seamless
functionality with our CRM tools, and help with the online international growth of Skullcandy.com.

Responsibilities
   -   Manage and recommend mission critical infrastructure, including load balanced LAMP web hosting
   -   Coordinate quality assurance efforts and act as gatekeeper to ensure system stability
   -   Work with web development team in finding and implementing appropriate solutions to challenges
   -   Manage servers to ensure compliance with uptime requirements and meet performance goals
   -   Lead one or more other people involved in QA, development, and/or site maintenance


Required skills:


Required experience:
Experience + Qualifications:
   - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
   - Experience with large-scale hosting, server setup, and maintenance
   - Extensive experience with LAMP hosting ­ Linux (currently CentOS), Apache, MySQL, and PHP
   - Experience with load balancing
Other helpful skills/experience:
   - PHP development, Magento shopping carts, LAMP performance optimization
   - Database Administration, virtual servers, enterprise-level IT management
