[UPHPU] Geographic Web Stats?

I've used the GeoIP stuff. It's pretty nice if you are willing to
spend the money for a subscription. We use it in a couple of ways:
1. to show users people who are close to their IP address.
2. blocking users from undesirable parts of the world. usually Africa.
