[UPHPU] Documentation Websites

I was thinking that it would be cool to have a user driven documentation 
website that had not only one language but all off them, and that users 
could add, update, and test compatibility issues with languages like for 
instance javascript, or css and how compatible they are with different 
browsers and their versions. I was just wondering if anybody knows of a 
site like this(I don't want to re-invent the wheel if there is), and if 
their is any possible interest in a site like this or help in developing 
it. It would be like a wiki for programming language documentation.

Just a thought...
