[UPHPU] php frameworks. cake and such

My employer has begun using CakePHP as a framework for our development.
At first I hated it and
then began to see some benefit in the flexibility it provided.  It leads
me to ask the group what
frameworks do you use and which are the best ones?

Any feedback on cake?
