[UPHPU] php frameworks. cake and such

I've grown quite fond of QCodo, and I'm scheduled to present it at the UPHPU
meeting in June. :]  Unfortunately never got very much time to try out Cake,
but there are several flavors of foundations to use out there, it all just
depends on what you grow accustom to, imo.
