Codeigniter++

Codeigniter doesn't box you in like other frameworks might and has
great documentation.

Even though CakePHP isn't my framework of choice, I know that lots of
people get a lot of benefit from it and like it a lot. I wouldn't even
attempt building a PHP app without a framework.
