[UPHPU] Open Source Business?

I do this with my web/IT business.  I have been open for 3 years.  The 
more open I have been about my business practiceses the stronger it 
becomes.  I used to have it documented on a wiki, but... I didn't think 
you would ever ask :)

I would love to incubate small business modelled after the things that 
work well for my business.  What specifically are you looking for?  I 
think UTOS and UPHPU fail at small business help.  But that's just my 
opinion.  I am excited to see this discussion move forward.
