There is actually a reason for this thou. Flash caches certain swz files
that are frameworks, and also stores security information for sites. The
reason flash uses it's own path is so that between different browsers those
cached files and settings are shared. And flash doesn't store cookie
information, it uses the browser. Although it does have issues with firefox
cookies and file uploads onto https sites.
