[UPHPU] great LAMP server set up tutorial

While rebuilding the server this weekend, I ran across this great  
tutorial. The guy covers the steps really well and writes it in a way  
that was very clear. He also happened to approach servers similarly to  
me so it was a great reference. I hope that it is of some value to
