[UPHPU] can't bind the 10-key

Any out there with experience binding keys with javascript?  
specifically the number pad ("10-key")? I am using the hotkey jQuery  
plugin [1] and get get it to work. The update log states that a bug  
for the ten key not working was noted and fixed, but it does not work  
for me, even in the latest version.
