here is the list that I have:

1. eclipse - i also run command line tools inside eclipse for automation
2. vim
3. netbeans


> What are the top 3 tools that you use that improve your productivity when programming php?

1. command line tools - grep, sed, awk and i use regex all the time, diff utils
2. shell scripting
3. svn and/or git


those are my main tools that I use all the time.
