[UPHPU] debugging js in IE

Switch to IE8 if you haven't. It has a decent debugger and it has an IE7
compatibility mode so you can run it as if it were IE7. I had the same
problems with IE, but now I don't consider it a big problem - it is not as
good as Firebug, but it is close.
