[UPHPU] CSS "templates"

Just a reminder, Microsoft has refused to support HTML 5 for now. That  
was the big blowup from last summer. IE9 has "no plans" at this time.  
(That was the last word we got.) So, it all depends on how important  
IE support is to you.
