[UPHPU] custom scroll bars

The jQuery plugin jScrollPane allows you to completely customize the  
scrollbar in a block level element with overflowing content. It works  
beautifully. Unfortunately, it doesn't work on textareas. Any ideas on  
if it would be possible to accomplish such a trick with textareas? (I  
need the content in the scrollable box to be editable.)
