[UPHPU] Apache 2.2 mod rewrite issue

Good call Wade... the giveaway is this line:
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d

That basically says don't apply this rewrite rule to directories, and http://flfn.org 
  ==  /home/brasto/www/flfn, which is a directory.
